Tadcaster Community Officers

You can talk to the Tadcaster Community Officers every Thursday between 9.30am and 12.30pm at Calcaria House, Windmill Rise, Tadcaster, or ring them via Access Selby on 01757 705101, or email them at communityofficerstadcaster@selby.gov.uk.

Stutton Parish Council

Stutton with Hazlewood Parish Council meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month (except in August) at 7.30 pm in Stutton Village Hall.  The Agenda and Minutes of meetings are displayed on the notice board outside the Village Hall. 

Stutton Parish Council has responsibility for the following areas in Tadcaster. Appletree Walk (part);  Ashtree Walk;  Beech Tree Road;  Cherry Tree Walk;  Garnet Lane (2 properties);  Garnet Terrace;  Hawthorne Avenue;  Hawthorne Close,  Hawthorne Croft;  Holly Tree Walk;  Moor Lane;  Stutton Grove;  Stutton Road (part);  Windmill Grove;  Windmill Rise;  Woodlands Avenue (part). 

The Village Hall is available for hire.  Contact The Clerk direct.


Community Engagement Forum

Selby District Council has set up several Community Engagement Forums to bring together all the local authority and public services covering the district,  Tadcaster is covered by the Tadcaster and Villages forum.  This holds public meetings in Tadcaster several times a year: check out http://www.your-community.org.uk/northern_portal.html for details.  Everyone welcome to go along – it’s your chance to raise your concerns about your town and your environment.
